– Patek Philippe Supercomplication –
One of the world’s most expensive watches goes up for sale again!
The sale of the Henry Graves Supercomplication will take place in Geneva on November 14th, fifteen years after it was sold for a record-breaking sum of $11 million. The last time the watch went on auction in 1999, it became the most expensive watch ever sold in an auction.
The gold pocket watch that features 24 complications was originally created by Patek Philippe in 1933, specifically for Henry Graves, a prominent New York banker and probably the most famous watch collector of the last century. The Patek Philippe Supercomplication measures and displays 24 different pieces of functions — including a perpetual calendar, moon phases, sidereal time, power reserve, and indications for time of sunset and sunrise and the night sky of New York City. It is one of the most sophisticated pocket watches every manufactured and it took 5 years to make and features over 900 individual parts!
The Supercomplication is a gold, open-face clockwatch complete with Westminster chimes, also known as the ‘Mona Lisa’ or ‘Holy Grail’ of watches. The supercomplication was born of Graves’ desire to outdo the Grande Complication pocketwatch of American auto maker James Ward Packard.
This time Sotheby’s will offer the 18-karat gold pocket watch with an estimate in excess of $17 million. The upcoming sale coincides with the Swiss watchmakers’ 175th anniversary.

The historic car show Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este is an elegance competition for classic and vintage cars, but it is also a place where makers take advantage of the event to showcase some of their upcoming models.
Automotive concepts like the Gran Lusso Coupé, BMW Zagato Coupe and motorcycles like the Concept 90, and just-revealed the gorgeous Mini Superleggera Vision are not all that BMW has to offer. At the recent Villa d’Este Concours d’Elegance on Lake Como, BMW unveiled a stunning new bike called the Roadster Concept.
Ultra-modern motorcycle is built around the latest air- and liquid-cooled boxer twin, an 1,170cc engine officially rated 125 horsepower and 92.2 pound-feet of torque. That power is routed to the rear wheel via a cardan drive.
Roadster Concept’s beautifully styled seat is fabricated in aluminum and wrapped in Alcantara to provide a modicum of comfort. Up front there is a thin swath of LEDs for the headlights. A spoiler under the engine hides the huge resonator/muffler at the core of the Roadster Concept’s exhaust system. As on the HP2 Megamoto, triangulated steel-tubing trellis are painted metallic blue. Details with the colors (such as this one) give this motorcycle remarkable look.
Currently there are no words on production plans but this powerful BMW’s urban bike deserves to be on the street. More information about extreme motorcycles you can find in our shop. Who knows, you might find one that really suits you.

FERRARI’S MOST POWERFUL CAR YET – THE 812 SUPERFAST
Ferrari is reigniting the supercar power war with what is planned as the fastest and most powerful model, the aptly named 812 Superfast. 588kW from its V12 engine will power the two-door, which will be able to accelerate to 100km/h in just 2.9 seconds and achieve a top speed of “more than” 340km/h.
F12′s successor doesn’t disappoint in terms of visual aesthetic as well. The fastback design hides active flaps at the front of the underbody, and a rear flank features an aerodynamic by-pass to increase downforce, giving the model a beautifully aggressive shape. Designed to deliver exhilarating driving both on road and track yet also be sufficiently comfortable to use at any time, the 812 Superfast is a welcomed addition to the collection of every driver with a penchant for adrenaline-inducing experiences.
A noteworthy new feature is the EPS (Electric Power Steering) which is calibrated to work in tandem with the car’s electronic vehicle dynamics controls. These include the latest version of Ferrari’s patented Side Slip Control (SCC) – making its powerful performance easier to handle and even more thrilling to exploit. There is also a Virtual Short Wheelbase 2.0 system (PCV) which, benefits from further evolution of the software that improves the nimbleness of the handling and reduces the vehicle response times.
The high tail of the 812 is reminiscent of the 365 GTB4 of 1969. LED headlights are integrated into the design of the air intakes. The car is being launched in a special new colour, Rosso Settanta to mark the company’s 70th anniversary.
No official price has been announced yet for the 812 Superfast, but prices for the model it replaces, the F12 Berlinetta, start at $320,000.
THE ULTIMATE GIFT – THE WORLD’S LARGEST FLAWLESS HEART-SHAPE DIAMOND
One lucky girl would get the ultimate gift that will make both Valentine’s Day and diamond history. That is, if her partner can afford to spend over $20 million on Graff’s heart-shaped, D-class, flawless diamond named in celebration of the Roman goddess of Love.
The Graff Venus is the largest D Flawless heart shape diamond in the world, and comes from a 357-carat rough stone found at the Letseng mine in Lesotho in 2015. It was sold by Gem Diamonds for $19.3 million to an undisclosed buyer in September that year, which means that its price as a symmetrical and perfectly polished stone will be, at least, twice as much. The exceptionally demanding Graff Venus is a magnificent type IIa 118.78ct diamond that goes beyond words, and will surely be the object of desire of many high-class women, celebrities and socialites.
18 months of analysis, cutting and polishing were invested in the transformation of the rough 357-carat stone to get a record-breaking heart-shaped diamond of immaculate quality and proportions. The GIA certificate revealed the highest grading that any stone can achieve for the Graff Venus: D Colour, Flawless, and Type IIA with Excellent Polish, Excellent Symmetry, and No Fluorescence. This gives the exclusive stone a mesmerizing effect and unparalleled value.
The world’s largest perfect heart-shape stone, The Graff Venus is arguably the most breath-taking in the contemporary series of record-breaking diamonds.

Omega is a Swiss luxury watchmaker. In 1917 Britain’s Royal Flying Corps chose Omega watches as its official timekeepers for its combat units, as did the American army in 1918. This year Omega unveils extremely elegant new watch for ladies and managed to go one step further in the production of women’s watches.
Beautiful Omega model – the Omega Constellation Pluma is a gorgeous ladies’ watch. The “Pluma” took its name from the Latin word for feather.
The 27mm timepiece comes in three colourways, white and gold mother-of-pearl with a red gold bezel, a blue mother-of-pearl dial or a champagne mother-of-pearl dial with a yellow gold bezel which.
The blue dial is created using a technique that coats the underside of a white mother-of-pearl with a black paint. The blue model has a case, bezel, and bracelet all in stainless steel. The dials of the Constellation Pluma have 11 diamond indices set in 18-carat gold holders and a date window at 3 o’clock.

Ever dreamed of owning a flying car? Well, from dreams to reality, the world of the flying cars is here! You can now purchase your own personal flying car PAL-V One for $395,000 with deliveries starting in 2016 with a maximum production capability of 150 units per year for the first two or three years. Now you can fly-drive to almost any destination!
This spectacular machine promises an unforgettable ride on the road and in the air! Technically it’s a three-wheeled motorcycle that transforms into a gyrocopter. Pal-V One can reach speeds of up to 112 mph and goes from 0 to 60 in under 8 seconds when driven on the road, and takes just 10 minutes to convert between modes. Personal Air and Land Vehicle (Pal-v) uses an autogyro flight system, with a 230-horsepower gasoline engine spinning a rear-facing propeller and an auto-rotating, retractable main rotor to generate lift. So if the engine fails, the craft still can land safely thanks to the lift generated by its auto-rotating main rotor.
Fly out of a traffic jam is not so simply because Pal-V requires 540ft of runway to take off and 100ft to land. But it flies below 4,000ft, so interfering with commercial air traffic is not an issue. Once the engine stops, the propeller folds itself automatically into the driving position.
A main requirement was to create a land-air vehicle that anyone could use. For that reason, the company has created a 3D simulator so people can practice take-offs, landings, and steering, before getting behind the stick of the real thing. They even simulate many real airports around the world that people might take off from.
British designer Andy Waugh has celebrated the launch of his new studio and released 90m Nouveau superyacht concept which is absolutely stunning. In 2008 this talented designer joined the team at H2 Yacht Design where his first major project was the award winning 35 metre Meya Meya which was launched in 2010.
Finally, this year Andy has launched his own brand and he already has three concept yacht designs, each one absolutely gorgeous and unique. Inspiration for 90m Nouveau superyacht comes from the classical exponents of the Art Nouveau style including Alphonse Mucha and Antoni Gaudi.
The main deck features two VIP cabins. There are also dining and lounging spaces, leading out to an aft deck with an infinity-style swimming pool. Above is an owners’ deck with balconies on both sides. Elegant spiral staircases here link the decks above and below.
The topmost deck houses a sun deck with splendid views and soothing Jacuzzi. Water runs from a waterfall on the sun deck spa pool, through narrow channels edging the bridge and owners’ decks to the main deck swimming pool. Exterior styling provides an enhanced sense of light and space.
This is a concept that really pushes the boundaries of the yacht aesthetic. Luxury yacht Nouveau is aimed at the more modern client who prefers to define themselves by their style and taste in design.
